Punam’s introduction to real estate started young, when at 19 years old she purchased her first property to live in while attending U of A. She felt strongly compelled to purchase, rather than renting or living on campus. It was an unsurprising decision to her friends and family who know Punam for her ambitious, dependable personality. It turned out to be a life-changing decision, one that would eventually direct her to her true passion. Punam continued on with her education and began a fulfilling career as a high school English teacher for 10 years.

Despite enjoying her career, she had an electrifying excitement for real estate that she couldn’t ignore. Her passion and determined nature led her to get her real estate license so she could help give others the rewarding and inspiring process of finding a place to call home. In addition to working with infill construction projects, she’s actively involved in purchasing foreclosures and distressed properties which she then renovates and re-lists. 

When Punam’s not out selling homes you may find her training for a half marathon, in spin class, HIIT training, or spending some quality time with her two lovely daughters. She’s also an avid traveler with a heart of gold. Her most recent adventure was a humanitarian trip to Tanzania and a safari in the Serengeti!
