Given the challenging overall environment for condo’s in Calgary, Alicia was able to provide a compelling analysis when it came to pricing the unit that was backed up with facts (comparable unit sale values, inventory etc.).

Furthermore, her eye for staging was excellent. Ultimately, her expertise in offer negotiation were crucial in getting me the best outcome and price when it came to the sale.
